  poor installation preparation, low-quality accessories, missing mounting materials

  We purchased both a fly screen door (horendeur) and a Jaloerse kitchen blind from Solerza. While the products themselves are reasonably good in terms of appearance and material quality, the overall experience with installation, included materials, and customer service was extremely frustrating and disappointing. For the fly screen door, their team personally came to take the measurements, yet the final product was made so tightly edge-to-edge that installing it became unnecessarily difficult. A difference of just 2–3 cm would have made the installation process much easier and more practical. This is something that should have been considered by professionals during measurement. The biggest issue, however, was the adhesive provided with the screen door. The adhesive quality was shockingly poor — the screen fell off completely after only one day. After contacting customer service and explaining the issue, they sent a replacement adhesive, but that one also failed within a single day. In the end, we had to spend additional money ourselves to buy a proper adhesive because the supplied materials were simply unusable. None of these extra costs were reimbursed. The Jaloerse kitchen blind itself looks good and the quality is acceptable, but unbelievably, the package did not even include basic installation materials such as screws and wall plugs. Once again, we had to go out and buy missing parts ourselves just to complete the installation. Also, if you are planning to buy the screen door to keep pets safely inside, do not trust it for that purpose at all. Our cat was able to push the screen aside very easily and escape outside without any resistance. So despite being marketed as a practical solution, it is clearly not reliable for pet owners.

  Super service super snel

  We hadden 100 vragen en alle 100 vragen in 2 dagen beantwoord. We weten echt helemaal niks van raamdecoratie, en vooral dat alles afwijkt in hier frankrijk. Maar de adviseurs hebben ons meerdere malen gebeld als gemaild met het juiste advies wat we nodig hadden. Al hadden we graag een inmeet afspraak willen maken ging het om een challet in zuid-frankrijk waardoor het lastig is dat er iemand langs kan komen. Zijn echt super tevreden, de service, prijs en kwaliteit vind je nergens zo goed terug. Als er mensen zijn die kunnen klagen over dit bedrijf zal ik daar echt heel raar van opkijken.

  Bamboe licht taupe jaloezieën

  Zeer mooie kleur, fijne afwerking en erg gemakkelijk te bedienen. Zeker een aanrader voor ieder, het kost wat maar het is het zeker waard!
