  Incredibly Frustrating with a Large Order

  I had three different orders, and when delivered each one of them was missing at least two items. A combo washer/dryer only had a washer, a combo television and soundbar only had the soundbar, and I got one out of two monitors. Tracking these online was impossible as it was tracked by order and not item, and I spent, no exaggeration, over three hours on the phone trying to connect to support. The first told me they would call me back in an hour and never did. The second hung up when I requested English. The third time I never got an answer at all. I ended up having to go to the store at Spui and it took over 30 minutes for the employee there to track it all down, but he did. He was extremely friendly, extremely communicative, and did get everything resolved for us. Lesson learned: Only shop in the store, don't even bother with customer service lines because they truly do not care, and ultimately be extremely careful when ordering anything from CoolBlue. This was my first order, when I was in country for a total of two days, and it was not a good start.
