  Room for Improvement

  I recently used your day +1 in-store pickup service and received confirmation that my order was ready for collection. However, my experience at the store was neither smooth nor efficient. After filling out a form upon arrival, I waited for some time without being approached or informed of the next steps. I eventually asked an employee at the cashier area for assistance, and he simply told me to wait in the designated area. After waiting further, one of the employees finally called me, but it turned out that my order wasn’t even ready yet. Given the time I had already waited and the confirmation I received, I expected the order to be prepared in advance. Perhaps my expectations are shaped by my experiences with other retailers such as Zara, Kruidvat, and Holland & Barrett, where in-store pickup is consistently quick and seamless. I hope you take this feedback into consideration to improve the pickup process for future customers.
