    Had the best service employee with me retour delivery in the store after getting a faulty PSVR2 controller in the box. Not many questions asked and immediately got a replacement from stock. Give this guy a raise. Worked on friday afternoon at the servicedesk at CoolBlue Nijmegen

    Your people asked me to take a ticket from machine, but another one created a ticket by himself for the couple behind me. As a result, even they arrived after me they got service before me, even their name was listed on the screen after me.
