  Very Bad as in VERY BAD

  This is my second time for my items to be delivered. The first time we ordered a washing machine and Cool Blue said they will deliver the item the next day. So, we waited the whole day and wasted our time. They did not bother to inform us that they will not deliver the item on that day. Maybe because we were just renting the washing machine. The second time we ordered are from my Company's account. They delivered the items on time, but they delivered a wrong item. We also asked the delivery guy if they can bring the items (table, Chair) to the first floor because my wife can't carry heavy things. We are willing to pay extra just to bring all our stuff to the right floor.

  My online purchase experience was fast , easy and precise. I chose to collect them at Almere branch. It was relatively fast and simple.
