    Disappointing Delivery Experience – Multiple Issues

    I usually expect great service from Coolblue, but this time around, my experience has been incredibly frustrating. It all started on the 8th of October when I ordered an LG fridge (Order No: 84043701). Upon delivery, I discovered the fridge had mold, and its Wi-Fi didn’t work. I was understandably disappointed and decided to spend extra money on a completely new fridge (Order No: 84072675). When the second fridge arrived on the 11th of October, I was disheartened to see that it was already dented straight out of the box. So, once again, I had to call customer service and arrange for a replacement. Today, the 12th of October, the third fridge (Order No: 84111170) arrived, but things went from bad to worse. The delivery person refused to unpack the fridge or place it in the designated spot, citing “company policy.” Now, I’m left wondering how I’m supposed to move a 140kg fridge without any proper equipment. And to make matters worse, I have to wait until Tuesday for someone to come and unpack it for me. Three deliveries, three problems. This is far from the level of service I’ve come to expect from Coolblue, and honestly, I’m at my wits’ end. I hope the company can resolve this soon, but for now, I’m incredibly disappointed.
