When you do not come to a satisfying solution, Thuiswinkel.org will help you with free mediation of complaints. When you are still not satisfied, you may submit a dispute to the independent Thuiswinkel Arbitration Committee. Please check the Arbitration Committee's procedure. Thuiswinkel.org stands surety for compliance with the committee's decision to an amount of up to €10.000 per decision. This guarantee does not apply when the company finds itself in suspension of payment or is bankrupt; Thuiswinkel.org is no guarantee fund.
