When you do not come to a satisfying solution together, as a second step, you can submit your complaint. Thuiswinkel.org will help you with mediation of complaints. If you are still not satisfied, as a third step, you can submit a dispute to a Dutch court. Only if it is agreed upon, there also might be arbitration from a renowned arbitration institute.
