Members of Thuiswinkel.org have the exclusive right to display the Thuiswinkel Hallmark.

Members of Thuiswinkel.org display the general terms and conditions as jointly approved together with the Dutch Consumers’ Association. Members of Thuiswinkel.org undergo mandatory annual certification. Being a member of Thuiswinkel.org guarantees that complaints and disputes will be dealt with adequately. By displaying the Thuiswinkel Trustmark, webshops indicate:
- I am a member of the branch association Thuiswinkel.org
- I observe the laws and legislation and the behavioural codes of Thuiswinkel.org
- I provide a secure web-shop environment and a guarantee of privacy
- I provide consumers with a right to independent settlement of disputes
- I will abide by the rulings of an independent board of arbiration support by the Dutch Consumer's Associaton
