For the sixth time TNS NIPO Has performed research into the home shopping behaviour of online consumers and the familiarity of the Thuiswinkel Trustmark in the Netherlands.
The 2011 research consists of a sample of more than 300 representative computer owners of 18 and older.
What do online consumers say about the Thuiswinkel Trustmark?
- 84% is familiar with the Thuiswinkel Trustmark
- 83% says the Thuiswinkel Trustmark indicates the webshop is a reliable seller
- 74% will rather purchase at a webshop carrying the Thuiswinkel Trustmark
- 32% doesn’t buy at a webshop that doesn’t carry the Thuiswinkel Trustmark
- 30% associates the Thuiswinkel Trustmark with security
- 22% associates the Thuiswinkel Trustmark with reliability
