Working groups & committees
Thuiswinkel.org has nine working groups and two committees. These are set up and/or disbanded upon the initiative of members or the secretariat and with the approval of the executive board. Places on the working groups and committees are filled by employees of association members who are experts in specific fields.
Goals
The working groups prepare strategy and policy relating to the promotion of the interests of Thuiswinkel.org and represent the association in various political-social bodies. Furthermore, they provide an interpretation of the spearheads for promoting our interests and of current (lobby) issues in fields relevant for members. The chairmen/women of the working groups and committees meet twice a year during a Chairpersons Consultation in order to ensure optimal harmonisation of (lobby) activities.
Employees of members who wish to participate in one of the working groups of committees can apply via the secretariat.
